Leading Media and Entertainment Client in Bristol CT is looking for a Sales Marketing Assistant/Coordinator
The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for the execution of marketing initiatives across the client portfolio, that supports departmental priorities of driving acquisition, customer retention, promoting tune-in/awareness and new l product launches. Will provide support for multiple team members and will manage the development and execution of various promotional marketing materials including; TV, digital, print, experiential and social media.
The Marketing Coordinator positions primary focus will be to serve as the creative traffic liaison between internal brand leads and external clients. This role is responsible for sport specific asset development, creative routings and approvals. Asset management may include, cleared images/footage, logos and key art.
Other responsibilities will include:
Account Support – gather/distribute assets for marketing campaigns, and route/review creative upon receipt from affiliate. Additional support may be needed around the management and execution of affiliate contractual marketing funds (CMF).
Brand Support – manage sport specific asset development, fulfillment of custom requests and budget maintenance. The Marketing Coordinator will manage uploading customizable assets and distribution of programming communications/alerts via our Affiliate portal.
Budget Support – provide budget support in the form of invoice maintenance (set-up/processing), tracking and fulfillment.
Product Support - assist in the development of both launch and on-going promotional assets for new products
Must be proficient in Powerpoint, Word, Excel and Outlook.
Must be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, have attention to detail and project management skills. Excellent Data entry skills also required.
