Sales Leader, Staffing Solutions Sales, Managed Service Provider (MSP) Channel

Does selling Aquent's marketing, creative and digital staffing services direct to Managed Service Providers (MSPs) sound like the perfect cumulation of your professional experience? At Aquent, we're looking for a sales leader with those qualities and then some. Specifically, we need a senior sales leader to grow top-line revenue across Aquent by building relationships with Managed Service Provider's senior leadership and program management.The sales leader will engage in Business to Business sales with new and existing Managed Service Providers to Aquent's staffing engagements in Marketing, Creative and Digital across industries and geographies. Aquent's sole sales leader for selling Aquent's staffing service direct to Managed Service Providers grow top-line revenue across Aquent through building relationships with Managed Service Provider's senior leadership and program management.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for assuring that Aquent's capabilities, plans, and programs are continually synthesized and clearly in front of the MSP companies.

Acquire and drive opportunities through the pipeline as Aquent’s staffing solutions expert to MSPs resulting in million dollars plus staffing deals.

Build and execute MSP relationship account development plan– identifying targets, key sales messaging, pursuit process and contracting phases for all MSP deals.

Responsible for the development and execution of MSP Relationship Account Plans for the acquisition of new accounts.

Act as business partner to advise clients on the appropriate staffing model (staff augmentation, SOW, RPO, MSP, VMS) based on contingent workforce goals.

Work with Aquent and MSP teams to develop staffing solutions, design delivery models to meet client needs, deliver value and achieve profitability, while establishing the basis for long-term success – resulting in many multi-year deals and renewals.

Create and maintain high level relationships by providing ongoing communication.

Work with Sr. Leadership to consistently evaluate client base and future business opportunities to ensure and validate an efficient strategy, growth and profitability for North America and International markets.

Develop strategic plans based on industry trending and customer analysis, which includes preparing executive profiles, and continuous study of assigned accounts’ industry, business challenges and trends.

Develop, sales presentations, white papers and webinars – delivering thought leadership to MSPs.

Work in conjunction with Marketing to develop programs and solutions needed to achieve sales and profit objectives.
