Sales Coordinator

We're working with a global education client to find a Sales Coordinator to join their team.

Start Date: ASAP
Location: Onsite at our client's office in Irving
Duration: 6 months
Hours: 35 per week

Responsibilities
• Provide sales support to assigned sales team of representatives, managers, and consultants. This may include but is not limited to the following:
• Work with customers, sales reps, and managers find solutions to customer requests, issues and problems.
• Answers telephone for incoming calls, screens and directs calls to appropriate parties
• Responds to phone/email requests for price information and product availability
• Handles correspondence, phone calls/emails for assigned sales reps as required
• Tracking/Proof of Delivery of shipments
• Prepare cost proposals as directed by sales representatives, managers, or customer request.
• Organizes and prepares workshop support, presentation materials, in-service materials, invitations, mailings, folders and other special projects as needed.
• Receive and processes requests from the representatives and consultants for literature, catalogs, and exhibit supplies.
• Maintain school district files for assigned reps as needed
• Assumes additional duties as required by workload and direction by the Office Manager.

Requirements
• 2-3 years customer service or administrative experience
• Strong MS Office skills
• Desktop publishing skills are a plus
• Strong organization and prioritization skills
• Excellent communication skills
