Sales Communications Project Manager (Part-Time)

Fortune 500 tech company is looking for a Sales Communications Project Manager for a part-time, long-term role. Candidates should have budget tracking and metrics skills (pull metrics, evaluate overall projects and results on a quarterly and yearly basis, for both field and internal communications.

Responsibilities include:
Account-Based Marketing end-to-end campaign management:
Project manage email/web-based campaigns, including
--Writing copy/content, recommending creative and creating HTML emails (coding ability preferred)
Create and track ABM-specific aliases – requires Site Catalyst training
Assist with customized collateral including BU input, and creation of new lit numbers
Assist with One-Stop Shop ordering and stock to support events/campaigns
Private Communities support (adding contacts)
-Basic administrative support: add files that he/she leads to sharepoint (organizing)
Manage team site as needed
Help with quality assurance (i.e. brand compliance)
Expectations of how to manage projects: lead the planning and implementation of project
o facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables
o plan and schedule project timelines
o coordinate and direct project team/staff (ie coders, designers, freelancers etc for each deliverable)
o manage project budget as set forth by program manager
o manage project resource allocation
o track project deliverables using appropriate tools
o monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders
o present reports defining project progress, problems/solutions and final results
