Sales Administrative Assistant

Global Sales Operations team is looking for an experienced and motivated candidate for the role of Administrative Assistant. We need someone who is organized and has excellent communication skills.

This position will own organizing internal meetings, managing travel and event reservations for the Sr. Director and her direct reports and management of the Sr. Director’s calendar. A positive attitude and willingness to be flexible are a must!

Responsibilities

· Coordinate internal and external meetings for the Sr. Director as well as the team

· Budget management

· Plan, coordinate, and execute all sales ops meetings and events

· Expense report submissions

· Coordinate complex domestic and international travel arrangements

· Act as a liaison to other departments to ensure tasks are completed

· Maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times

Qualifications:

· 1 – 3 years of admin experience

· Proficiency in Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel or PC based calendar/meeting applications

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Ability to prioritize multiple assignments

· Highly organized with the ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks

· Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented

· Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment

· BA/BS Degree
