STRATEGIC ANALYST/WEB DEVELOPMENT/INTEGRATION MANAGEMENT

Large Membership organization is DC is looking for a Senior Strategic Analyst for Analytics and Web Initiatives.
• Perform on-going analytics, reporting, and evaluation of web initiative. Synthesize existing and lead the development of new analytics and reporting that supports monthly operational and business performance dashboards.
• Analyze usability reports, key competitors, and effectiveness of tactics & strategies by functional unit contributors, to assess impact on product roadmap
• Distribute performance reporting to core workgroups (Core Team, Communications, Data, Brand Integration, Business Development, etc.) synthesize feedback and develop next-step recommendations.
• Conduct or coordinate research and analysis, both primary (working with our Research Center) and secondary, to generate insights on key trends, needs and wants.
• Support development of new functionality for the travel website. In support of the Director New Product Development contribute to strategy development for new components, coordination and integration of input from functional units within framework provided.
• Recommend enhancements, additions or deletions from site based on performance against established metrics. Create business requirements based on recommendations, and support integrated deployment of changes through the functional units supporting Travel. This is part of ongoing quality control and enhancement of the site to ensure best possible member experience, site performance, maximize engagement and performance against metrics.
• Maintain and provide regular updates of marketing-communications lifecycle map including analysis of effectiveness of marketing tactics and strategies.
• Create strategic presentations and summaries to document and communicate findings and project status for travel and other top initiatives.
• Support communication of updates and performance of travel website with presentation development, technology preparation, and coordination of needed information, resources, team members and other as needed.
• Support current workgroups (Content, Marketing, Media Relations, Core, etc.) with information, materials, meeting planning and management, information distribution and integration.
• Document business processes and after-action reports.
