** A FORTUNE 500 FASHION COMPANY IS LOOKING FOR AN EXCEPTIONAL SR. PERFORMANCE ANALYST (GLOBAL BUSINESS SERVICES)! **

ROLE WILL BE RE-EVALUATED WITH POSSIBLE EXTENSION AFTER 10/2/15

Purpose:
• Validate and manage service level performance, charges, and delivery of contractual commitments by GBS suppliers
• Monitor and track realization of benefits against targets from GBS

Key Results:
• Maintained service levels in 2015, improved service levels at reducing cost in years beyond
• Delivery of GBS business case benefits

JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Develop monitoring and tracking mechanisms for service levels per the agreed statements of work with all GBS suppliers*
• Work with GBS suppliers on generation of agreed reporting and validation of presented information – perform regular spot checks and verification exercises*
• Validate service level performance against contractual commitments and proactively communicate to GBS Lead as well as supplier leadership regarding any Service Level Failures and related fee impacts*
• Act as the primary interface for Finance A/P team to validate invoices from GBS suppliers and recommend for approval to GBS Lead*
• Establish benefits tracking tools and dashboard for GBS benefits across all towers, from run and project work*
• Monitor and track benefits and work with FP&A on annual budgets for GBS areas
• In 2016 and beyond, design and administer charge back mechanism

MUST HAVE:
• Degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g. economics, engineering, math, statistics)
• Formal education / certifications in finance or operations disciplines
• At least 2 years of operations experience within one of the four functional towers of GBS
• Strong analytical experience, preferably in the context of performance of outsourced services
• Experience working successfully in an outsourced and / or offshore model
• Operational experience in driving process improvements within customer service and finance processes is a strong plus
• Experience with large multi-year, multi-functional, multi-regional transformational programs is a plus
• Experience in more than one GBS functional tower is a plus
• Experience in the apparel industry is a plus Specialized Knowledge/Technical
• Excellent analytical skills
• Ability to quickly analyze large data sets using a hypothesis-driven approach, and identify patterns and draw conclusions
• Strong proficiency in analytics tools like Excel, Access, Tableau, Essbase is a must
• Proficiency in big data tools and database technologies (e.g. SQL) is a strong plus
• Experience in an SAP environment is a plus
• Problem solving and root cause identification skills.
• Strong communication skills – both written and verbal.
• Ability to develop robust and concise written presentations based on analysis of large data sets
• Ability to “tell a story” from complex data analyses • Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships.
