My client is a global social media company who are looking for an experienced Partner/Account Manager to manage relationships between clients and the business to bring about impact through marketing campaigns. Our client seeks an Sales Account Manager for its SMB Solutions team to work with the torso and tail of developers and publishers, help them monetize their user base and grow their business in a sustainable manner. You'll play a pivotal role in building revenue & thereby scaling the business in various regions.



  • Be a trusted consultant to high value clients and help them adopt company products to maximize their revenue on company platforms
  • Troubleshoot issues with internal cross functional colleagues
  • Work at scale across multiple accounts, using automated tools where necessary
  • Develop deep product expertise with an ability to collect and synthesize meaningful feedback to drive product roadmap
  • Adapt quickly to product changes and limitations, and communicate these strategically to stakeholders




  • 5-7 years professional experience in IT B2B inside sales or account management supporting customers in the EMEA and CEE region
  • Proven track record of consistently developing relationships over the phone, email and other channels
  • Fast learner, comfortable with explaining new product ideas and processes to business decision makers
  • Ability to translate actions plans and communications
  • Experience meeting objectives in an entrepreneurial environment
  • Strong phone presence, excellent written skills and high attention to detail
  • BA/BS degree or higher
  • Business level proficiency in English a requirement



  • Business level proficiency in German, Spanish or French preferred
  • Ad tech experience is preferred
