SEO/SEM Specialist

Vitamin T is currently in search of a SEO/SEM Specialist for our client in Metro Detroit. This is a long-term opportunity!

Candidate Profile
• PPC Manager with relevant experience of 1- 2 yrs (experience working with bid management technology will be preferred).
• Google AdWords Specialist.
• Comfortable with implementing new technologies and automation capabilities that enhance SEM efforts.
• Ability to write ad copy and optimize through A/B testing.
• Experience in managing small to large scale performance-based PPC campaigns.
• Experience in gathering insights from multiple data sources and making informed decisions to improve performance of search campaigns.
• Solid understanding of WordPress Websites.
Responsibilities Include
• Coordinating and managing paid search/display buys on Google AdWords, Yahoo and MSN adCenter, Facebook Advertising and other related PPC platforms.
• Accelerate PPC Marketing using analytical and creative skills.
• Monitoring, maintaining, and reporting on paid search and other SEM campaigns.
• Maximize client profits by developing and crafting Google Display Advertisements, product extensions, seller rating extensions, and call extensions, as well as planning and deploying PPC campaigns.
• Good analytical skills to gain high quality score and improve PPC Campaigns.
• Track and update traffic patterns through PPC or cost per click, as well as AdWords Management.
• Determine client ROI on search marketing efforts.
• Recommending, creating, and testing Landing Pages in within a WordPress or similar environment.
• Performing and executing based on a client’s keyword analysis. As necessary, adding new keywords in the search engines utilizing Search Engine Marketing skills.
• Account setup, accurate tracking of funds in the account, and maintaining appropriate conversions.
• Knowledge of Search Engine Optimization and how it relates to Paid Online Advertising.

Job Requirements
• Graduate from a recognized University is preferred.
• Self-motivated with passion for digital marketing, advertising, and campaign management.
• Outstanding client handling and communication skills both written and verbal.
• Active interest in electronic copywriting and knowledge of web analytics would be an added advantage.
• Ability to meet deadlines and be held accountable.
• Knowledge of Conversion Tracking and Proper Call to Actions (CTA’s)
• Ability to submit a Cover Sheet with that includes your current, favorite trend in digital marketing.
• Google AdWords Certified (GAP) professional will be preferred.
• Good knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Word.
• Conduct Keyword Research to produce optimal Click Through Rates (CTR).
• Monitor progress of campaigns using various reporting tools.
