SEO/SEM Digital Marketing Specialist

We are currently seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to be located in Stamford Headquarters and report to the Senior Marketing Manager.

This position will support the digital marketing initiatives including direct response acquisitions for their delivery business, as well as the brand building and engagement campaigns through paid and organic search.

You will be empowered to support our client's business objective to “win in search” (identified as having online SERP market share greater than the overall retail market share of their products. “Winning in search” has been identified as a key business priority for the market and a necessity for accelerated growth. You will play a pivotal role in the establishment and deployment of a holistic and integrated search discipline across the entire portfolio of brands.

Key responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to:
• Support the planning, tracking, and spending of digital acquisition campaigns
• Assist in the development and implementation of a holistic search strategy for the portfolio of brands.
• Manage and execute Search activities across brands including:
o Share of Search
o Detailed site structure analysis and technical recommendations
o Off-site Linking strategy
o Content recommendations
o Keyword and ad copy creation
o eCommerce Search performance
• Partner with Brand teams to understanding and translate brand objectives, brand strategies, brand opportunity areas, equities and overall brand campaigns into content recommendations, to continuously improve the brand websites rankings and performance.
• Continuously monitor results to extract insights from campaign data, identify relevant trends and provide well-developed proactive recommendations to enhance and exceed overall organic search marketing goals and objectives
• Leverage synergies between paid and organic search to build efficiencies and deliver overall incremental success to the business.
• Build and strengthen the relationship with Google to stay current with industry trends, best practices and understand how to best translate against business objectives.
• Maintain and enhance current knowledge of all Google algorithm changes, communicate, and react accordingly.
• Awareness of company website property changes and evaluate necessary organic search updates
• Work with agency partners to recommend content for search engine marketing purposes, including but not limited to, keyword generation, possible links, blogs/articles, videos, etc., based on data analysis and brand objectives.
• Partner with key cross-functional stakeholders (e.g., Management, SEO Agency, E-Commerce Team, IS, Brand teams) to champion and influence implementation of identified recommendations and gap closures.
• Understand competitive landscape and corresponding approaches to position Nestle Waters to win.
• Manage budget aggressively to deliver acquisitions to their business and increase Brand engagement.
• Cultivate agency relationships to deliver ongoing optimizations.

Key qualifications for this position include but are not limited to:
• 1-5 years of digital marketing experience with a focus on developing and helping to execute successful campaigns
• Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing
• Strong attention to detail
• Highly motivated
• Experience managing budgets
• Ability to track campaign performance and manage promotion attribution
• Understanding of search engine algorithms and search engine user behavior
o Proficiency and clear understanding of website performance metrics, and how to track meaningful data using Google Analtyics Premium
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to present information in spoken, written or visual form to a variety of audiences, from external agencies to internal executives
• Advanced problem-solving skills for websites and ability to effectively address a diverse range of issues related to the functionality of a website
• Strong analytical ability and strategic mindset
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach to business
• Results-driven and detail-oriented by nature
• Minimal travel required
