SEO/SEM Digital Marketing Manager

Our client is seeking a candidate to be a part of their Digital Marketing Search Team, which is part of the newly formed Consumer Acceleration Team, located in our Stamford Headquarters. This person will report to the Senior Marketing Manager. This position will support the execution of key digital marketing initiatives. Responsibilities will focus on two key areas: 1.) Support direct-response acquisition activities for the client's delivery business to achieve aggressive growth targets, and 2.) Support the client's objective of “Winning in Search" by helping to execute Paid and Organic Search initiatives across their portfolio of brands.

Responsibilities:

Display/Facebook/Paid Search
• Support Acquisition Managers on day-to-day relationships with Agencies
• Keep track of all Status Calls
• Serve as the point person to manage all Purchase Order requests
• Manage legal contracts & SOW updates

Tracking: Acodes/URLs/vanity URLs
• Keep track of all Promotion Codes / URL and ensure accuracy (refresh codes, check expiration date, update Campaign labels)
• Coordinate Promo Code generation and implementation
• Liaison with IS to create new promotional offers

Creative
• Lead the process and partner with Brand teams to develop new creative for Display, Facebook, Affiliate Campaigns
• Partner with agencies to implement and track all Display / Facebook campaigns via Acodes in DCM

Search
• Manage KWAC (keyword ad copy)
• Confirm Media authorization accuracy with changing brand budget requirements
• Gather brand presentations, surveys, social listening documents to keep Organic Search agency updated
• Deliver ad hoc analysis requests requested by the Brand teams

Reporting
• Prepare and manage all financial report outs on a monthly basis
• Serve as point person for new forecast, balance of year updates, and general scorecard management
• Fulfill ad hoc reporting requests

Budget Management
• Manage the Acquisition Budget
• Coordinate Monthly Forecasts and Actuals for all Acquisition campaigns (Display, Facebook, Paid Search, Affiliate) both Working and Non-Working spends
• Reconcile all Purchase Order and Goods Received on a Monthly basis

Requirements:

• 3-7 years of digital marketing experience with a focus on developing and helping to execute successful campaigns
• Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing
• Strong attention to detail
• Experience managing budgets
• Ability to track campaign performance and manage promotion attribution
• Strong communication skills from external agencies to internal executives
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach to business
• Results-driven and detail-oriented by nature
• Minimal travel required

Location: Stamford, CT
Schedule: 8:30-5-5:30pm, 40 hours a week
