The Digital Marketing Consultant of SEO/PPC is responsible for planning, optimizing, implementing and analyzing natural and paid search engine marketing activities. This position will be responsible for the top-to-bottom management of our pay-per-click (PPC) and search engine optimization (SEO) and lead generation campaigns.

The ideal candidate must possess an understanding of online search and pay-per-click management. This role requires the ability to operate on both a strategic and tactical level, touching all aspects of search marketing including keyword management, creation of campaign messaging, bidding strategies, creative testing, attribution models and analytics.
Duties and Responsibilities:
-Help create SEM/PPC strategies for clients including extensive keyword research and analysis.
-Responsible for ongoing optimization efforts to meet campaign objectives, including daily management of campaign budgets, on-site conversion actions, bid management, negative keyword strategies, website and category exclusions, ad creative, and landing page revisions based on performance history and the client's objectives.
-Strategize, manage and execute advanced SEO campaigns - Keyword Research, Page optimization, Authority building, Technical analysis, Competitive Analysis, Search/digital behavior research.
-Daily use of reporting, analytics, and trend tools, including but not limited to Google Analytics.
-Focus on improving on-site metrics including quote started, conversion rate and abandonment rate.
-Possess clear understanding of the brand, lifestyle and products, and transfer this understanding to the PPC campaigns and SEO.

Job Requirement:
• 2-3 years experience working directly in or with sales in Google AdWords, Bing, Yahoo and/or other PPC advertising situations
• Daily use of reporting, analytics, and trend tools, including but not limited to Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics.
• Experience with current PPC trends, market influences, keyword vs CPL/CPC/KPI relationship etc. Other Skills/Abilities:
• Experience with CRMs such as Salesforce and other business related software a plus
• Self-motivation and self-management abilitiesEducation:
• BA/BS degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
