SEO/Analytics Specialist

Through in-depth knowledge and skill of search engine strategy and tools, as well as web analytics reporting expertise and trend analysis, the Digital Marketing Specialist will prepare and coordinate traffic-driving efforts. Consistently and effectively identify key factors indicating success or areas of opportunity.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

· Manage, prepare and coordinate traffic-driving efforts.
· Research, collect and analyze data to report on successes and opportunities and generate, analyze and present thorough reports on campaign performance trends.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize a heavy workload. Seek management feedback when multiple priorities overlap or conflict.
· Regular, consistent and excellent communication with team members with regular reporting and area authority.
· Optimize page titles, meta tags and page descriptions and submit and maintain site maps with search engines and directories; responsible for keyword analysis and selection.
· Responsible for vehicle performance and ROI analysis.
· Ability to work and communicate effectively with all levels of employees and management to gather, confirm and maintain information for the consumer website; collaborate with website developers and IT team members to optimize site assets.
· Ability to efficiently and effectively solve problems and develop the appropriate solution or action to get the job done.

Frequency Task List
Daily:

Coordinate and prepare web analytics reporting for multiple sites and corresponding trend analysis, identifying key factors indicating success or areas of opportunity, and reacting/responding as appropriate.
Ability to communicate well and work with both marketing and technical teams to give feedback on systems and processes.
Maintain specialty knowledge of coming trends and innovations in search strategy, tools and affiliate marketing.
Knowledgeable about company products, brands and procedures and the judgment and ability to know if something is wrong or should be questioned or fixed.

Weekly:

Identify vehicle trends, make recommendations and investigate any issues.
Build and optimize online marketing campaigns.
Regular, professional communication across all business functions.
Collaborate with web developers and seek ways to enhance processes and tools.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

· In-depth product and industry knowledge, with good familiarity of the game and business of golf.
· Excellent knowledge of search campaign tools, trends and innovations.
· Web analytics reporting expertise and trend analysis.
· Ability to work as a team member and help keep meetings and projects within scope.
· Ability to work and communicate effectively with individuals at all levels in the Company, subsidiaries and business partners, internal and external.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills; excellent information organization skills; effective research and writing practices and English usage, spelling, grammar and punctuation.
· Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Ability to manage multiple priorities in a time-sensitive work environment.
· Proficient in the use of content management system.
· Proven ability working with people at varying organizational levels.
