SEO and Pay Per Click Specialist

Vitamin T is searching for a SEO and Pay Per Click Specialist for a long term, temp-to-hire opportunity. The SEO/SEM and PPC Specialist is responsible for the planning and execution of the online marketing channels in support of our client's portfolio of brands. The role requires a self-starter who will implement SEO and PPC best-practices company-wide. You’ll use your skills to help convert traffic to school tour requests for each site as well as manage the analytics responsible for reporting.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Grow search traffic to company's five brand web sites. Strategies include optimizing Google Places, Yelp, Yahoo, Bing, local school pages, targeted link building and new keyword targeting
· Oversee online reputation management (Google , Yelp, Yahoo and Bing) through ongoing review monitoring, escalation and reporting
· Manage and optimize local Google + Places Pages ensuring that all individual school site pages have 100% completion and are ranking on the first page of organic search. Candidate MUST have knowledge of the multiple facets of SEO
· Manage SEO programs with expert understanding of search strategies and best practices to increase demand generation and brand awareness
· Manage reporting and ROI key metrics for SEO/PPC programs, including site performance, traffic analysis, etc for key stakeholders across the organization
· Analyze marketing and financial performance of online programs; recommend marketing campaigns, program changes to improve performance and deliver against plan
· Work with web agency to develop and optimize DMA landing pages and other online marketing assets
· Keep abreast of current SEO trends and developments. Identify current and future opportunities and develop strategic plans for implementing solutions


QUALIFICATIONS:
· BA in Journalism, Marketing or related field
· 2-5 years of experience in online marketing experience with experience in website optimization and SEO and new media technologies
· Highly organized and detail oriented
· Must build strong relationships with key internal and external business partners and be able to seek out the resources and support needed to achieve goals
· Excellent analytical, presentation, project and time management skills
· Self-directed when confronted with support issues
· Ability to manage details, overall flexibility and efficient work habits
· Hands on SEO experience: optimizing content and website architecture, link building and keyword research
