Looking for a SEO Manager to join the marketing team. This is a new visible role that reports directly to the VP of Marketing.

As SEO Manager, you're responsible for driving strategy, planning and executing on organic search marketing projects. In this role you will be responsible for SEO across all of the web properties and new web-based products. As the right candidate, you will have experience with all aspects of SEO, including technical, on-page and off-page, and will be comfortable in both being the strategist as well as the task owner.

Responsibilities:
- Own and refine the strategy for all web properties to drive traffic and business growth
- Manage an on-going process for auditing and maintaining the accurate crawling of all web properties
- Work with the Technology team to administer and control redirects, BigIP rules, crawler access, architecture
- You will participate in quality assurance of all new SEO changes in both a pre production environment and the live site. Owning and lodging SEO bugs / tickets and ensuring they are resolved
- Manage day-to-day tactical execution of SEO strategies, including: Keyword research, analysis, and portfolio management, identifying growth opportunities; Ownership & reporting of key SEO performance metrics
- You will gather and write SEO Requirements and User Stories for the development teams and then steering the projects through to conclusion. Your projects may be generated from ideas within your team or your own strong SEO knowledge.
- Responsible for overall on-page optimization including code quality improvement & consolidation, download times, microformat tags.
- Research SEO best practices and stay current on engine testing and upcoming expected changes
- Identify performance targets, milestones, resource impacts and strategic constraints for SEO campaigns
- Research/identify trends among competitors

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of SEO experience
- Must be familiar and comfortable working with developers
- Must be analytical and comfortable reviewing and analyzing reports
- Strong familiarity with Google Webmaster Tools and Google Analytics
