Vitamin T is looking for a Senior SEO Manager who wants to be part of an amazing company here in Seattle. This person will be the best of the best and able to sell their case studies to the exec team and then RUN with it! Being up to date with technologies will be required in this role - you'll need to work with the dev team and need to know what works and what doesn't with coding - is that you??

The SEO Manager leads organic-driven strategy and execution. You will collaborate with Marketing, Product and Technology teams to clarify, interpret and implement strategic organic search concepts across the clients brands, addressing overall business objectives.

Lead SEO and search-discovery projects from business case creation, technical requirements generation, kickoff, development, testing, launch, and post-launch results analysis.

Provide direction and training to editorial teams on generating highly-creative, on-brand content that gets noticed.

Research and analyze industry trends/developments in search engine optimization and search discovery across multiple channels and programs, including content and social.

Analyze ecommerce websites and provide well-defined strategies to improve site conversion and ROI.

Create and present written recommendations and presentations.

Partner with PR and social media to develop programs to acquire diverse quality links.

Cross-train internal teams to embed SEO into the fabric of the entire organization

Technical Knowledge:
- Be able to clearly communicate technical requirements to both developer and non-technical stakeholders
- Demonstrate knowledge of crawling and indexation factors, especially regarding use of JavaScript
- Demonstrate knowledge of page rendering and load speed factors
- Demonstrate firm understanding of on-site and off-site ranking factors
- Ability to perform advanced keyword research using large, diverse data sets

What You’ll Need:
5+ years direct experience in enterprise level search engine optimization, either in-house or via an agency
International marketing experience
Experience with ecommerce websites
Proven track record of growing meaningful traffic by executing on a successful SEO strategy
Ability to create strong business cases using data and competitive analysis
Excellent ability to partner with marketing, usability, program management, technology and other teams to affect on-site and off-site impact
Exceptional written and verbal skills
