SEO Consultant

Aquent's client is looking for an SEO Consultant who can do the following:

• Manage all SEO activities, across all brands’ websites, to support client growth goals
• Supports online customer retention, shift, website traffic and website penetration
• Developing and enhancing online channels to drive awareness to this client
• Work with cross-functional brand teams and multiple brands to support & implement SEO tactics
• Identify brand-appropriate SEO tactics that drive traffic and improve site metrics
• Set-up, maintain, and optimize high-volume Organic Search Optimization, Directories and other vertical engines
• Manage agency relationships, which include contract negotiations, creative development and delivery, implementation, and ROI analysis
• Provide analytic support to optimize Natural keyword campaigns, and other media campaign profitability
• Assist in SEO development of keyword specific landing pages
• Track and maintain SEO budget, ROI projections, and assist with creative development
• Use development skills to engineer website optimization through hands-on SEO optimization, page construction, content suggestions, and keyword development, improvement of site structure and copywriting/editing Title, Meta Tags for SEO
• Research, identify and establish partnerships with authoritative web sites for link-building
• Create and manage reporting for various campaigns and search-related efforts
• Act as SEO “evangelist”, helping to educate various teams throughout the organization on the value of natural search
• Stay abreast of new technologies and search practices in order to optimize internal efforts
• 5-7 years experience with search and other online marketing activities
• Knowledge in natural search engine listings and search algorithms
• Good understanding of HTML, XML, CSS, JavaScript, ASP and Includes to determine web site effectiveness
• Excellent communication skills and ability to present to various teams with different levels of online exposure
• Proven ability to work successfully with cross-functional teams & brands, handling multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines
• Knowledge of eMarketing trends, concepts and practices
• Strong project management and time management skills are essential
