OUR FORTUNE 500 FASHION CLIENT IS IN NEED OF A SENIOR PRODUCTION MANAGER FOR WARDROBE & STYLING TO JOIN THE PRODUCTION TEAM!


DESCRIPTION:
• Responsible for managing sample process for Kid/Baby Photo shoots on and off location.
• Must have an understanding for the upcoming seasonal marketing product messages.
• Supporting all functions of the wardrobe process and ensuring all wardrobe functions are in line with cross-functional partners needs and business objectives. Cross-functional partners include: Marketers, Copywriters, Stylists, Merchandisers, Art Directors, Production Team, etc.

Pre-Shoot Responsibilities:
• Participates in Seasonal Pipeline meetings. Pipeline Meetings include: Line Confirmation, Brand Strategy Brief including Blueprint download to ensure Key looks and investments are clear and understood on a Global level.
• Manages sample-ordering process for Kid/Baby, following up with Cross-functional partners.
• Review and learn in detail the Seasonal Key Messages / Collections absorbing Product Information using Design Mini-boards, GMA Photos, Blueprint and ACT.
• Drives Key Meetings with Global Merchandising Teams as needed to confirm Product Information and changes coming out of Line Confirmation.
• Responsible for prioritizing advertising samples for photo shoots and ensure key styles have been bought globally.
• Will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure imagery needs of In-store / Windows are met each Season.
• Manages photo shoot prep, organizing and packing of Ad Samples for the Photo shoots, including labeling as needed.
• Manages studio set-up on location during prep, styling, fittings, shoot and breakdown days.
• Oversees the creation of “Looks”, and supports external Stylist as needed. Involved in facilities fittings, speaking to Ad Sample and product details, ensuring fit is correct. Working closely with external Stylist and Tailors.
• Produces Shot List, which outlines each look detailing Product Information, retouching comments and 3rd Party apparel.

Post-Shoot Responsibilities:
• Maintains and organizes the “shot looks” to be delivered to Print Production Team and/or external Retouching Vendor.
• Owns sharing Final Shot List to Teams. Confirming thumbnails per shot.
• Owns all Product Retouching details including color and other alterations to be included in the Retouching Bible.
• Reviews Proofs and retouching as needed with Print Production Partners.
• Manages the incoming and outgoing of samples once Brand Shoot is complete, i.e. to Charity, Archive and Cross-Functional Teams.

SKILLS + REQUIREMENTS:
• Must have PR/Marketing Campaign production experience
• Organization skills are a must! Must be detail-oriented, able to multi-task and handle high-stress situations.
• Strong communication skills are essential for success in this role
• Must enjoy working with the physical side of organizing and listing the Samples, packing and keeping inventory of the samples.
• Must have experience managing high volume of samples, experience on set at photo shoots, experience working with stylists
• TRAVEL WILL BE REQUIRED! Must be flexible with traveling 2-4 times a year for photo shoots
