The Art Director/Senior Art Director will work with the Creative Director, Marketing, and Editorial teams to design and produce image assets to support our clients online, mobile, social and interactive television initiatives. He/she will be responsible for:

Creating custom graphics for social posts. 30%

Creating static banner ad campaigns across desktop and mobile platforms 20%

Oversee a small team of production designers, ensuring that templates are being followed and visuals are consistent with the Showtime brand 20%

Creating custom image assets for our website, 15%

Creating key art crops following a strict style guide for all our digital platforms 10%

Creating email image assets 3%

Creating interactive TV image assets, and other misc production work 2%


Work Ethic / Management:
• Be efficient, fast, accurate, organized and articulate in their communication
• Have the ability to manage others while handling his/her own projects
• Have the ability to take initiative in answering questions or seeking out unknown information
• Able to multitask many jobs at one time
• Excellent time management skills.
• Ability to work independently

Design Skills
• Proven strong visual design skills (solid knowledge in layout, typography and storytelling)
• Ability to develop and work with existing and new concepts is essential.
• Have expertise in photoshop, photo compositing and illustrator.
• Understanding of web asset optimization.
• Experience creating mobile, tablet and desktop banner ads.
• Expertise in creating and managing multiple templates.
• Flash banner ad experience is a plus.
