New client wins require a new addition's to this media agencies search team. I am looking for someone with 3-5 years SEM agency experience looking to take the next step in their career in the management of a small team and global client portfolio.

The Search Manager will be responsible for ensuring that all search tasks are presented on time and of a high quality, and that all campaigns meet client objectives. They will manage Search Executives and Search Assistants as applicable to ensure efficient workflow within the team.

The Search Manager will ensure that search campaigns are tasked properly, completed as scheduled and meet or exceed all client goals.

A successful Search Manager will have great attention to detail and be able to take complete ownership of the process of completing tasks to bring value to clients.

A core focus of the role will be to build and manage ongoing client relationships, demonstrating superior account management, strategy guidance, deep insights, flawless execution and continual successful campaign performance against objectives. In addition, the role will require strong leadership skills and the ability to train and develop Search Executives and Assistants.

Responsibilities;
Client Account Management.
Work with the Search Account Directors to ensure the client satisfaction of Sydney Search clients.
Excel in verbal and written skills with excellent attention to detail in all correspondence.
Effectively present strategic and tactical plans to clients and internal teams.
Coordinate and attend relevant client meetings.
Appropriately set and manage client expectations, ensure all deadlines are met.
Develop and maintain effective working relationships with other agency personnel.
Participate in regular Search Team meetings as well as other relevant internal WIPs. Drive weekly team WIPs to discuss client specific progress.
Provide direct oversight, management, leadership and guidance to team of Search Executives and Search Assistants.

Skills Required;
3-5 years in Search Engine Marketing
Passion for Digital Media
Strong interpersonal skills
Strong communication skills
Analytically minded
Hardworking
Intermediate to Advanced Excel Skills
Knowledge of Outlook, Power Point, Flash, HTML and Java
Knowledge of proprietary and 3rd party software to create tracking, reporting and optimisation solutions
Experience using Kenshoo, Marin, IgnitionOne or Omniture software is a plus
Excellent attention to detail
