SEM Manager - Digital Performance (Display, Social, Mobile, SEM)

They are looking for an SEM Manager with a passion for Digital Performance to join the growing team and work across an awesome client portfolio.

Responsibilities;
• Manage, train and develop a team of 3+ Search Marketing Specialists/Coordinators
• Understand each client’s product/service as well as the competitive landscape as it applies SEM and broader digital marketing services
• Develop a clear SEM strategy to achieve client goals and objectives through the customisation of campaign strategies working with broader business units including Social, Display, Mobile and SEO
• Responsible for working effectiveness / efficiencies and the ability to guide your team to deliver excellent work and client results
• Report on industry changes and translate those into actionable recommendations for clients
• Train your direct reports and the wider team on SEM strategy and processes keeping them up to date with the ever changing search landscape

Requirements;
• At least 5 years previous experience in search marketing, preferably in a multi-channel environment
• Knowledge / experience of broader digital disciplines - Social, Analytics, Display, Mobile & SEO
• Outstanding analytical skills, extremely detail oriented with strong organisational and prioritisation skills
• Excellent communication skills, problem-solving skills and strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively work and lead cross-functionally and resolve issues quickly and effectively
• Ability to manage client relations including handling difficult client situations to optimal results for both the client and the agency
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines
