SEM Campaign Analyst

This person will have experience with SEM and CPA-based marketing. They will enjoy working collaboratively within a results-oriented, team environment.

Responsibilities Include:

• Managing all paid customer acquisition efforts for our branded subscription services including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, and Google campaigns as well as other CPA-driven channels
• Measuring, testing and reporting on all campaigns in real-time, as well as refining current metrics and assumptions about our prospects and customers
• Growing the customer base for a monthly subscription box services while managing spend to agreed upon CPA and LTV goals
• Expanding our marketing footprint beyond our existing channels and target audiences to help us reach new customers via cost-feasible tactics
• Publishing a weekly customer acquisition dashboard detailing the total spend, customers acquired and revenue driven into the programs
• Coordinating closely with the Marketing Director, GM of the subscription box services and the CFO on the strategy, budget and results for all paid marketing efforts
• Managing asset creation for promotional needs with our marketing design team
• Testing, updating and creating new campaigns to tie in directly with new services, seasonality and new marketing channels
• Driving a thorough analysis of our existing web properties through the lens of SEM and SEO best practices

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in marketing, advertising or product management with particular focus on paid acquisition
• High familiarity with and deep knowledge of SEM, CPA and CPC campaigns/techniques
• Strong analytical skills and knowledge of core marketing and business principles
• Ability to work to specific budget goals and acquisition metrics across a variety of products
• Highly organized with the ability to multi-task, schedule and plan across several ongoing projects
• Fun, creative and insightful and not afraid to share your opinion
• Bachelor's Degree from accredited university/college preferred
