Revenue Marketing Manager

I am currently looking for a Marketing professional with strong experience in Revenue and Demand Generation. The role will run for 3 months with a possible extension on from there. It is more skewed to execution as opposed to coming up with campaign strategies so it may be better suited to an Executive as opposed to Manager.

Description of Role
• Delivery of annual segment marketing plans and accompanying market maps to meet organisational short and long-term objectives around increasing revenue, profit, market share, retention, customer numbers and customer spend. Plans to be updated quarterly.
• Delivery of tactical execution on all aspects of the marketing plan to achieve revenue targets
• Developing the “whole product” value propositions relevant to the segment
• Leading development of marketing messages, materials, and collateral relevant to the segment
• Supporting the sales organisation through the development of sales kits/materials, training, thought leadership and other programs that will ensure the sales team are successful in targeting and acquiring customers in a given segment
• Partnering with Solutions Marketing Managers and product development and strategy teams to validate segment need, opportunity, bundling, and price
• Establish launch schedules and activities with relevant stakeholders, ensuring a timely execution in collaboration with P&L owners, campaign management, and salesSupport the process to develop annual sales targets and forecasts with sales segment managers
• Collaborate with campaign managers and outside vendors to prepare marketing briefs and direct segment budget allocations
• Research and report on sales cycle, demand generation, qualified lead conversion, and sales pipeline variables, planning segment activity accordingly to ensure optimum segment performance
• Work with the execution team members to ensure segment marketing plans deliver business objectives and revenue results
• Problem-solve project challenges, determine marketing dependencies and establish marketing and information workflow priorities for new markets
• Prepare launch planning for unique or new segments or solutions as neededConduct win/loss analysis and provide periodical segment performance and campaign reporting to management and other relevant stakeholders
