TOP SKILLS: 
1.) Has experience working on coordinating marketing campaigns with focus on email marketing (3-5 years of experience). This is a must! 
2.) They must have experience demonstrating strong attention to detail - This is very important! 
3.) Demonstrates excellent communication skills 
4.) Light HTML coding experience ideally in an email deployment setting (it would be great if candidates have this but if they are strong in the other areas this is fine. It is a strong nice to have but not mandatory) 
5.) Experience working cross functionally 
6.) Ability to monitor and document program results 
7.) Strong project management skills 

NICE TO HAVE SKILLS: 
1.) Experience working with salesforce marketing cloud e-mail deployment 
2.) Experience in copywriting 
3.) Bilingualism is an asset (French) 
4.) Experience building and deploying HTML emails through the Exact Target platform is a bonus 

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE (but are not limited to): 
• Manage master e-mail calendar to ensure all incoming requests are reviewed, scheduled, tested and deployed 
• Pull reports identifying overall performance of e-mail channel 
• Delivering KPI's such as open rate, click rate, etc… 
• Acts as “traffic controller” by managing the email deployment calendar ensuring that all key phases of the process per the timeline are met 
• Ensures briefs are delivered to the design team on time, coordinates rounds of feedback to creative team so that assets are promptly delivered to the Email Deployment Manager 
• Goes on to coordinate deployment of email campaigns by collecting and organizing copy and content though meeting with various cross functional teams. 
• Takes deep dives into the details and reviews all email tests both on desktop and mobile devices to ensure the personalized experiences intended for the customer come to life 
• Works with operations team to build offers as required and partners with product development to build landing pages with the ability to adjust pages for continued optimization 
• Builds simple emails or French versions leveraging HTML coding experience (nice to have) 
• Communicates to the broader teams of email deployments and targeted quantities followed by 24 hour and post campaign reporting with a focus on determining the results of A/B testing 
• Manages the end to end campaign launch and deployment of service messages from scheduling, content/copy creation, reviews and approvals, deployment and reporting 
• Excellent at writing short copy is a bonus 
• Pulls reporting as required from various sources and delivers promptly with insights to help optimize for future email campaigns to come 

SOFT SKILLS/PERSONALITY TRAITS: 
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal 
• Strong problem solving skills 
• Detail oriented - This is very important! 
• Ability to multi task in a fast paced environment 

EDUCATION: 
• Degree/Diploma in communications or marketing (the manager said it would be nice if they had this. It is not a 100% deal breaker if they have relevant experience for the job)
