Retention Marketing Manager

Our Client-a successful software house, is growing the team in UK.
We are looking for a Marketing Manager, on a short term contract basis, expected to last for about 6 months plus. With outstanding performance in the role, there is a likelihood that the role could evolve to full time employment.
This role will support growth for our Client's product, the worlds #1 online accounting software with over 1.3M subscribers.
Reporting to the Group Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for nurturing awesome customer relationships that last a lifetime and growing retention, and attach.

This position will be based in London but you will work cross functionally with partners located across many of our global sites, including the US, Australia, and Canada.

Key expectations of the role are:
• Drive our customer life cycle marketing (including cross-selling and upselling in collaboration with acquisition marketing) strategy and plans to drive customer growth
• In partnership with Sales, re-Imagine our Onboarding programs to achieve world-class retention rates
• Community building and management via social media, etc.
• Partner with Marketing Operations team to implement marketing automation most effectively and productively for all of the marketing to existing customers, including how to manage lists
• Identify top drivers of loyalty and retention, synthesising product usage data and qualitative customer insights
• Translate customer insights into hypotheses and rapidly test, learn quickly and iterate
• Establish priorities to improve retention and lead cross-functional teams in executing (product, sales, care, email, web)
• Own business performance for retention, attach, and lifetime value
• Amplify success stories and word-of-mouth from delighted customers
Qualifications
• BA degree with at least 3-5 years of marketing or equivalent experience
• Customer-centered…listens to customers, champions their success, and makes decisions that benefit the customer and the entire Intuit portfolio, not just his/her offering or channel
• Identifies big insights by synthesising inputs from multiple data sources to unlock growth opportunities; develops business cases and activation plans to support
• Influences across teams, consistently communicates and influences across all levels
• Ability to prioritise and make strategic choices, specifically narrowing from a range of opportunities to highest-impact near-term levers
• Experience working collaboratively to deliver results and “win together” across teams
