Retail Sales Support Manager - Consumer Technology

A large consumer technology company is looking for a self-starting Sales Support Manager to join their Retail sales team on a 12 month contract. This role will be based in Berkshire with the opportunity to work from home and at the London office.

The purpose of this role is to manage the day to day field sales support function and will require cross group collaboration and coaching to deliver high quality selling capabilities to the Account Manager community and EMEA retail sales team.

The client is looking for candidates who have come from a commercial and corporate environment, with a full understanding and experience of head office, supply chain and manufacture, through to store level.


Key Responsibilities include:

Support the development of account business plans
Drive cross- sector and cross segment collaboration on sales initiatives
Manage rebate process
Support supply chain management, (field forecasting, sub allocations inline with marketing, operations and retail planning)
Support digital supply chain distribution
Manage partner performance analytics
Collaboration with sales team to close gaps, coach, manage and implement systems and processes

Key Experience:

Proven forecasting
Experience in change, compliance and adoption towards strategic initiatives
Track record in head office to store environment
Ability to deliver rebate programs and contracts to deadlines
