Job Description
As a Global Production Designer on this Top Tech Company's retail marketing team, you will work with creative leadership to help build retail brand identities and design standards and drive the creation of compelling designs for this company's 3rd party retail channels, both online and offline. You will work collaboratively with people on the Brand and Retail Marketing teams to understand how to translate our brand identity into tactical retail executions and also work with other designers, art directors, producers and photographers. You are an individual with a well-rounded design and production experience. Great attention to detail, and a strong portfolio in production design.

Key Responsibilities:
Work with lead creative agencies to help build the retail brand identity across the client's portfolio of brands and products in retail.
Create visual designs to match the retail brand identity for 3rd party retail including in-store signage, in-store circulars, online brand pages.
Help manage internal asset site (housing logos, brand colors, photography, messaging, etc…)
Work with regional teams to provide global designs for localization
Create highest caliber of work representing the brand in retail
Execute against several work streams in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and deliver strategically sound and aesthetically pleasing designs and creatives

Required Qualification:
Education: BS/BA or 8+ years of experience
Portfolio of work required (printed or digital) demonstrating top notch production design skills.
5+ years of experience in production design, digital design.
5+ years of experience with Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and other web design tools.
Experience with digital image asset selection and manipulation.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in retail design and/or marketing highly preferable.
Detail-oriented and organized, with strong visual design skills, layout, typography and high graphic standards.
Understanding of content management systems and automation tools for asset creation.
Solid understanding of how to create assets for multi-resolution platforms using industry standard software packages, such as Adobe Creative Suite.
Significant organizational and process skills; ability to both implement efficient working processes as well as process-automation tools.
Proven track record of exceptional performance and high productivity.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Able to work in a fast paced, deadline driven, and techy work environment in often uncertain and ambiguous circumstances.
High energy and go getter attitude.
Flexibility, teamwork and dedication.
