Retail Operations Analyst

The Retail Operations Analyst will gather and analyze data to increase conversion by driving the execution of placement, pricing and optimization on the platform. It requires a highly motivated and dedicated individual who is organized and analytical, can work closely with analytics and business teams to execute on business opportunities. You will raise issues, anticipate bottlenecks in a timely manner to mitigate risks. It's a high energy role for someone who enjoys balancing operational precision, analytic rigor and detailed project management to deliver a successful, constantly-evolving program.

• Perform competitive analysis to expand alternative merchandizing models.
• Establish process to operationalize competitive intelligence.
• Track vendor activities and confirm data accuracy in vendor reporting
• Own reporting to provide performance visibility, suggest actions around improvements

Job Requirements:
• Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks/projects with critical timelines
• Extreme attention to detail and precision in producing quality deliverables
• General knowledge of internet, web, mobile, search, and eCommerce technologies
• Experience in project management processes
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders in a cross-functional team environment
• Must demonstrate a sense of urgency and ownership to drive issues and tasks to completion.
• Ability to identify and develop operational processes to improve overall organizational efficiency and productivity
