Retail Marketing Manager

Overall Responsibilities: 
Manage execution of 2D/3D fixture development and in-store marketing projects internally with cross-functional teams from end-to-end - from briefing creative and production teams, to coordinating agencies, to leading brand reviews with brand managers. 
Be the direct point of contact for retail agency partners in a fast-paced environment with changing demands and priorities, and communicate those effectively. 
Scope and develop retail marketing/production briefs and coordinate execution managing cross-functional teams, including creative and production teams, 3D vendors and partners. 
Drive successful execution of ongoing channel marketing for retail, online and co-marketing initiatives through highly effective project management, cross-functional team and vendor coordination and timeline management. 
Develop weekly execution reports, document executions through slide presentations and spreadsheets, and track program budgets. 
Build statements of work and manage contract approval process with internal teams. 
Travel to partner/retail locations as needed (likely 2-3 visits per month).

Required Skills: 
Bachelor's degree in any field or 4+ years equivalent practical experience. 
5+ years of in-store/online merchandising and channel marketing experience. 
Experience building and driving in-store retail and online project initiatives. 
Successful track record of collaborating cross-functionally and managing projects with various partners to deliver quality creative content in a fast-paced environment. 
Ability to operate and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment with changing demands and priorities. Understand the implication of changing priorities and ability to communicate those effectively. 
Ability to own and execute on several complex projects at once and deliver results. 
Outstanding written and oral communication skills and strong organizational skills. 
Strong understanding and ability in using Google G Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides). 

Nice to Have Skills/Not Required: 
Able to translate data into insights and craft executive level presentations. 
Understanding of design and product development is plus. 
Experience marketing consumer electronics products is a plus.
