Retail Marketing Manager - Broadcasting

A large broadcaster based in West London is looking for a Retail Marketing Manager for a 6 month contract.

The purpose of this role is to deliver marketing plans across the Retailer portfolio, liaising closely with Retail Sales team to produce detailed plans for all comms and campaigns that will drive towards quarterly sales targets.

Key responsibilities include:

• Maximising the campaign calendar to highlight seasonal opportunities and programme/
channel highlights
• Maximising all available marketing channels and inventory - in-store, offline, online
• Project manage the creative process end to end from tight creative briefing to agencies,
• Control and management of the Retail marketing budget, tracking all spend
• Analysing effectiveness of all campaigns and post-campaign analysis to inform future activity
• Ensure consistent and appropriate branding, pricing and product detail
• Creative input and idea generation for new business pitches and suggesting bespoke

Key requirements:

You come from a strong Retail/trade marketing background gained within either an agency or client environment. You are adept at coordinating strategic plans whilst being very close to the large volume and variety of campaign activity. You will have a creative eye focused on delivery across a cross-section of channels both offline and digitally and you should be able to tailor campaigns according to perceived audience so a thirst for customer insight should underpin your approach. You have experience with POS and in store environment as well as a track record managing large budgets and planning. You have a strong commercial understanding of the retail environments. You are proficient in Excel & Powerpoint
