We are looking for experienced Digital Marketers for a temporary to permanent role for our Professional Services client. This position will go through the internal hiring process immediately with our client.

The Digital Personalization Solution Architect Manager will work with leading retailers to help them craft strategies and disruptive programs to help transform their customers experiences by tailoring them to their individual preferences, shopping habits, social media profile and contextual situation. This role offers and exciting opportunity for a forward thinking, digitally savvy individual who wants to help some of the world's most recognized retailers define, plan and execute programs to dramatically improve their customer experience through personalization. The ideal candidate will be customer centric, have a sound understanding of the retail business and experience working with the key capabilities that enable personalization in a digital and physical world. Experience working across several, but not necessarily all the following functional areas is critical: marketing, merchandising, ecommerce, loyalty, campaign management, digital marketing, analytics and big data, and customer experience design. Additionally the role requires a candidate who thinks about personalization beyond 1:1 marketing and can effectively talk to senior executives at clients about the benefits and capabilities required to drive personalization across the overall customer experience, curating tailored assortments, tailoring services based on a customer profile or social media, as well as creating and executing 1:1 promotional offers. Candidate must be comfortable helping clients shape their vision and translate it into capabilities needed to achieve the vision. Must have excellent interpersonal skills to guide multi-functional client teams through the journey from ideation to execution.
