Retail Digital Marketing Operations Consulting Manager

We are looking for experienced Digital Marketing professionals for a temporary to permanent role with our Professional Services client. This position will go through the internal hiring process immediately with our client.

The Marketing Operations Manager position is an opportunity to enable our clients to capitalize on the revolution in data and personalization occurring in Retail. This role will provide the opportunity to develop relevant digital and marketing communications at scale on behalf of our Retail clients. In this role, you will:
- Lead the technology strategy and delivery work necessary to create holistic enterprise campaign management and customer platforms to deliver marketing relevance at scale
- Help drive customer strategy and insights into effective marketing strategy that can executed across leading marketing technologies that can be automated and optimized
- Be responsible for working with our clients across business and IT to understand today’s digital and marketing technology landscape versus their current capabilities and needs
- Manage a team of high performing marketing technology and strategy resources to translate personalization roadmaps into reality
- Work cross functionally with peers in the business strategy, experience optimization and analytics practice areas to deliver full client solutions

• Identifies, assesses and solves complex business problems for area of responsibility, where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
• Closely follows the strategic direction set by senior management when establishing near term goals.
• Interacts with senior management at a client and/or within our company on matters where they may need to gain acceptance on an alternate approach.
• Has some latitude in decision-making. Acts independently to determine methods and procedures on new assignments.
• Decisions have a major day to day impact on area of responsibility.
• Manages large - medium sized teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within our company.
