Business Process Capabilities Team

Job Title: Business Analyst

As a Business Analyst (BA), you will work side-by-side with business process owners, key stakeholders and IT to identify, document, and maintain current business process and improvement opportunities, elicit user stories and business requirements, analyze and evaluate solutions/options, and deliver business value through new system and process capabilities. You will complete requirements documentation according to standards and deliver them to the Enterprise Solutions Delivery and Enterprise Sustain Services teams throughout the systems development cycle. You will be responsible for measurement and verification of results and assist in recalibrating requirements process.

The position is accountable for maintaining the relationship with the end user (i.e. Business Team/Customer) in key business process threads.

Must be customer focused to ensure business needs are clearly defined and communicated, and personally driven to improve the business.

The working environment is highly collaborative and requires the ability to manage relationships with business and internal IT. Successful candidate must be able to assume a leadership role and requires a high level of independent judgment while coordinating with a variety of cross-functional teams.
