Our client is seeking a Resource Analyst for an onsite 1-year contract role in Pleasanton, CA or Columbia, MD.

This role works across the Global Business Units supporting the third-party sub-contractor and vendor onboarding processes. There are six collaborative global teams supporting the various lines of business subcontractors and vendor management requirements. Responsible for presenting available internal and sometimes external resources (offshore, nearshore, and contractors) to fit project demand and budget.

Job Description
Partners with Consulting management to maximize revenue opportunities, achieve the highest utilization, and increase customer satisfaction. Responsible for the collection, management, and communication of detailed resource specifications for assigned practice. Partner with management to identify resources to present for open specifications. Escalate urgent requests on priority staffing calls. Submit Consulting Loan Agreements for new assignments and extensions. Confirm assignment end dates. Partner with managers to understand assigned consultants skill levels and experience. Actively monitor the selection/acceptance process for assigned resources. Update system with resource selection decision and supporting reason. Maintain data integrity. Contribute to overall practice reports and support ad hoc resourcing reporting.

Job Requirements:
Duties and tasks are standard with some variation. Completes own role largely independently within defined policies and procedures. Attention to detail. General understanding of the tools available to be able to provide statistical trend data. Two years of resource management or related experience. Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience needed.

Additional Details:
This Resource Analyst role specifically works with the sub-contractor and supplier management side of resource management. This role requires experience with third-party sub-contractor and supplier management onboarding processing. Experience with AP, iProcurement, Project Accounting and sub-contracting processes is required. Job duties are varied and complex utilizing independent judgment.

Attention to detail critical. Ability to collect, organize, and display data in spreadsheet format. Follow-through skills necessary to get information from internal and third parties and have data errors/omissions corrected. Ability to develop extended team, relationship with other department is necessary. Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with management and possible clients desired. 5 plus years relevant work experience. This position will serve as a liaison with other departments in an effort to ensure accurate and timely transaction processing. Assisting the field in securing signed Statements of Work (SOWs), POs for each subcontractor resource. You will assist with the implementation of new processes and procedures, and expand and improve business processes. Work location can be in or near any major US, European or Latin American city.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Spanish written and verbal skills are beneficial but not required. Diplomacy, capability to handle sensitive financial information and ability to conduct business with highest levels of ethics and personal integrity is preferred. Ability to respond to internal/external customer needs in expedited fashion, commitment to follow through, diligent and customer service oriented. Ability to work in unstructured environment and handle multiple competing priorities. Experience with one or more Resource Management applications will be a plus. MS Office product expertise (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio) required.
