Fundamental requirement for conducting client and member satisfaction research is the development of accurate samples of member and client populations to invite to participate in surveys.

-Customer Insights, writes programs in SAS, SQL, MS Access and other software tools to access our internal adjudication systems in order to download records of members who have placed claims.
-Writes programs in SAS to create samples that meet the sample plan specifications of members to invite to the Mail, Customer Care and Specialty Satisfaction surveys, as well as to 350+ unique client-specific Performance Guarantee surveys.
-Writes programs to pull client contact information from our CRM systems (Salesforce.com), then writes programs in SAS or MS Access to manipulate the sample to create segment-specific reports of clients who have been invited to participate in the surveys for sales leaders to review and approve.

Experience: 2+ years of programming experience, especially with statistical software packages;
2+ years experience with Microsoft Office software (Access, Excel, PowerPoint and Word).

Knowledge: Strong statistical and analysis skills; strong data storage and management skills; excellent communications skills, both written and verbal; strong project management and time management skills; willingness to do whatever it takes to achieve project deadlines; strong sense of urgency and sensitivity to needs of internal clients; ability to solicit feedback and implement recommendations; ability to understand the big picture, while still maintaining attention to detail.

Education: Candidate with BA or BS, especially in IT or market research /statistics.

Work week will be 25 to 30 hours per week
