Research Specialist

As a Research Specialist you will be responsible for executing survey research-related tasks to better understand advertisers and their experience with client's advertising programs and products. In doing this, you will be running survey studies (designing, verifying, and programming questionnaires), producing high-quality insightful reports based on data (includes analysis of quantitative and qualitative data), and be responsible for day-to-day communication with stakeholders and other teams that help run projects. Other tasks might include managing customer focus groups or customer interviews process.

Top 3 Daily Responsibilities:
- Design, program, and administer research projects
- Conduct data analysis and some statistical analysis on large datasets
- Work with stakeholders to identify research needs and present study results

Requirements:
- BS/BA Degree (Manager is open to area of study)
- 3-5 years of experience in a research role
- Proven quantitative analytical and data analysis skills (preferably in R)
- Experience in training machine learning algorithms and in text mining and analysis
- Survey programming experience (preferably in Qualtrics)
- Demonstrated ability to quickly learn
- Strong interpersonal/communication skills (written and oral)
- Excellent organizational skills/ability to work under tight deadlines with little supervision
- Attention to detail
- Working knowledge of Google Docs, Sheets, Slides (or MS Office)

Nice to have:
Data management experience (preferably in SQL)
Primary market research or experience working with digital/online agencies
