Our client is seeking a part-time Research Recruiter for our qualitative research studies. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can learn on the job, is detail oriented, and is a strong communicator. This candidate should also be take pride in high quality work. Experience recruiting in the past is a plus.

This position involves recruiting participants for qualitative research studies, working closely with User Experience Researchers to identify the right people, phone screen them, and confirm/schedule their slots in the research study calendar.

Recruiting Logistics (primary responsibility)

• Oversee recruiting efforts from end to end for qualitative research studies (standard lab and field studies as well as remote/diary studies or special projects as they arise)
• Partner with User Experience Researchers to finalize recruiting requirements for each study and find the ideal participants from the database
• QA screener surveys which have been programmed by the researcher
• Send out email blasts to invite potential participants to answer the screener survey
• Review participant responses and partner with UERs to narrow down to the ideal participants, matching screener response data with data warehouse appended data using Excel formulas
• Phone screen, schedule, confirm and send reminders to participants who qualify
• Update internal recruiting engine with details during and after each research study is complete

Recruiting Process Support (secondary responsibility)
• Assist with wiki/process document updates as needed
• Coordinate projects with other recruiters
• Facilitate reserving parking spots for participants with Security
• Lab management support as needed
