It is a temporary role for 6 months (PAYE basis), with a potential to be extended. On top of a pay there are paid holidays and access to great free facilities.

We are recruiting for Research Program Manager for our Client-global tech company with superb offices in Central London.

Our Client is looking for candidates with relevant experience managing research programs with strong analytical skills, well-organized and with good communication skills. 

It would be a suitable role for people with market research, or research agency/design agency experience, and also people who have done program management in architecture or film industry. 

As a Program Manager, you coordinate focused UX research projects. You review requirements with internal customers and usher projects through the weekly project lifecycle. This includes managing project schedules, identifying risks, and clearly communicating goals to project stakeholders. Your projects often span offices, time zones, and hemispheres, and it's your job to keep all the players coordinated on the project's progress and deadlines. 

Managing UX research timelines 
Coordinate and lead operating processes and tools for effectively coordinating the team. 
Coordinating multi-disciplinary team to ensure everyone is aware of UX research objectives, assets, constraints and timelines 
Implement working processes for UX research to ensure efficiency 
Oversee assignments of team members to ensure quality and efficiency, and report status and issues to management regularly. 
Communicate with stakeholders in a timely and professional manner, coordinating requirements and strategies on a project basis. 

Minimum Qualifications: 
BA/BS degree in related field, or equivalent practical experience. A passion for creating data visualization and/or dashboards. Strong analytical skills. Ability to evolve program processes and strategy based on research, data and internal trends. 

Preferred Qualifications: 
Knowledgeable about and able to work across multiple functions - including Product, Engineering, Communications, Finance, Marketing, Sales, Legal, HR, and Operations. 
Exert tactful influence in a matrixes organization. 
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. 
Ability to identify problems and issues and recommend processes to solve them. 
Solid analytical skills and ability to create data-driven recommendations. 
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and credibility. 
Ability to effectively influence and communicate cross-functionally with all levels of management and having exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
