Research Program Coordinator

The Research Program Coordinator will manage the execution of multiple large company-wide research programs. The Coordinator will work closely with research managers, technical teams, and external vendors to ensure customer research is deployed successfully, that data is collected efficiently and results are reported out to internal stakeholders within a timely manner.

Primary Job Responsibilities

• Provide direct support to large research programs
• Manage and monitor survey sample and response rates
• Follow up on sample or data problems with internal partners and external vendors
• Provide regular progress reports to research managers
• Update project and survey results dashboards
• Respond to email inquiries from survey participants
• Run weekly project status meetings

Job Requirements

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to operate and influence within a matrix organization
• Ability to rapidly assimilate and leverage technical information
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills
• Comfortable with monitoring large numerical datasets
• Results focused, with the ability to work independently and multitask
• Must take initiative when challenges arise
• Ability to think “outside the box” and contribute to the improvement of internal processes
• Strong familiarity with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel.

Preferred
• Eye for creativity with ability to graphically present program details and findings
• Familiarity with research methods (A/B testing, surveys, etc) and web analytics a plus.
