" To oversee key day to day operational processes for the theatrical research teams, to include the supervision of worldwide theatrical tracking; to oversee logistics for qualitative studies; oversee the set up of global in-theatre studies, and to co-chief weekly theatrical ad testing.

" Weekly Tracking: will require coordinating with Nielsen to ensure the smooth running and roll-out of theatrical tracking, which provides a vital backbone.

" The appointed individual will be responsible for supplying Nielsen with accurate release schedules; to create lists of comparative tracking titles for inclusion in tracking; the checking of data; importing of data into charts; to oversee the provision of tracking data for all internal clients.

" Note: the roll necessitates very early starts on all tracking mornings. And will involve analyzing tracking data and writing the initial memos.

" Qualitative Logistics: this side of the role requires the candidate to help with the set up of qualitative projects, including the provision of Focus Vision, over-seeing the creation of materials for testing, and associated logistics.

" In-theatre surveys / Exit Polls: the set up of in-theatre creative testing or Exit Polls on opening weekend is required, working closely with domestic and international teams to select markets and theatres and with the partner agency to ensure the smooth running of all polls. Topline and report review is also required (including occasional weekend mornings, checking topline data etc)

" Ad testing support: working closely with theatrical creative executives on materials to be tested, confirming the specs for testing as well as overseeing logistics and quality assurance for weekly testing. Review toplines, reports and distribution in conjunction with the research title lead.

" Assist the current research team with deliverables and presentation preparation as needed.


" Bachelor's Degree
" 8+ year's relevant experience.
" Outstanding communication skills, written and oral.
" Demonstrated ability to work with others, both in a supervisory role and as a collaborative team player.
" Excellent organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills.
