Our client, an OOH advertising giant are looking for a Research Manager ( Customer Acquisition) to join their team on a permanent basis.​ You will be responsible for researching the market of client and agency marketing and media personnel using social media, business media, data lists and news feeds to define a prospect list. Research the market for events, sponsorships, venues and occasions which coincide with the prospect list.

Research
 Research the market of client and agency marketing and media personnel using social media,
business media, data lists and news feeds to define a prospect list.
 Research the market for events, sponsorships, venues and occasions which coincide with the
prospect list.
Database
 Create and maintain a database of prospects including event acquisition, commercial follow up
and commercial outcomes.
 Continuously add to and refresh the database based on market conditions, new entrants,
promotions and transfers.
Prospects
 Deliver 100 new prospects to the commercial team per annum and follow through on acquisition,
follow up and outcomes.
 Work with the Commercial teams to understand key contacts, depth of contact and level of
influence.
 Maintain an independent view outside of the commercial team on levels of success and KPIs.


Events
 Network and attend events to prospect their relevancy to the calendar.
 Attend and help deliver at events programmes, including customer on-boarding, welcoming and
introducing.
 Keep a database of attendance at events and communicate to the wider commercial teams.
 Keep a database of internal events and attendees and communicate to the wider business

Capabilities
 Ability to research opportunities and individuals from numerous sources to provide a coherent
overall view.
 A keen eye for detail and a structured manner of working.
 An ability to continuously mine for information, keeping up to date with trends and movements.
 An independence of mind that can resist commercial pressures.
 An ability to see the long term result rather than short term impact.

 A good communicator with the ability to provide cogent and relevant results.
