Reporting Analyst

Sr. Digital Marketing Analyst to join the Digital Marketing Analytics team. This individual will be based in Guildford UK, or Geneva, Switzerland. The right candidate will provide and consult with Product Marketing Managers and finance teams, as well as team members in Vancouver, Orlando and San Francisco on reporting, decision-making insights, experiments and marketing models.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Provide weekly reports to marketing and finance partners on performance of campaigns and programs
• Provide weekly reports to marketing and finance partners on FIFA Ultimate Team KPIs, including metrics for both actual performance and forecast, at a country level
• Partner with digital product marketing managers to forecast, track, and optimize digital marketing spend and creative to drive consumer acquisition and understand ROI
• Work with SPORTS analytics team members to develop forecast models for digital content by country, and then share out those forecasts with marketing and finance partners, in a way that leads to actions that continue to drive acquisition, engagement, and monetization in each territory for those products that have live services
• Partner with demand planning team to have up to the minute packaged goods sell through actuals and forecasts, by platform and country
• Develop and analyze experiments to increase acquisition through multiple marketing channels and programs
• Partner with other analytics team members to drive cross franchise insights throughout Europe
• Perform strategic analysis using all available sources of information (consumer insights, research data, industry sources), to support the decision-making process and strategic direction of the marketing department
• Analyze consumer website traffic, quality/value of traffic and drop-off points, providing insights and trends back to marketing teams
• Work closely with Business Analysts to define segmentation groupings and life-time value metrics

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
• 6+ years of relevant hands on experience, preferably in gaming, banking, consulting or retail
• Passion for football and videogames is required
• Excellent advanced SQL skills: including extensive experience querying large, complex data sets
• Tableau or Microstrategy knowledge a plus
• Strong understanding of direct marketing in digital channels
• Finance experience a plus
• Good knowledge of Excel including macros, pivot tables, vlookups, charts and graphs
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and to meet changing deadlines and priorities on multiple simultaneous projects
• Team player and self-starter with the ability to liaise with multiple teams and stakeholders
• Experience working with marketing metrics and programs
• B.A. or B.S. in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, and/or Engineering Sciences – Master’s Degree a plus
