Reporting Analyst - Digital Marketing Analytics

Our Client, A fortune 500 gaming company is looking for a Reporting Analyst to join the Digital Marketing Analytics team. This individual will be based in the
corporate headquarters, working closely with more senior members of the team on a variety of reporting and analytics projects, ranging from launch and campaign reporting to forecasting models. The right candidate will have opportunities to provide and consult with the Digital Product Marketing Managers and Live Team members on decision-making insights for marketing and development across our current franchises and new IP.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
• Provide regular reports to Live Team and key marketing and development partners on revenue / usage metrics and performance of campaigns and programs
• Assist with forecasting, tracking, and optimizing digital marketing spend and creative to drive consumer acquisition and understand ROI
• Perform strategic analysis using all available sources of information (consumer insights, research data, industry sources), to support the decision-making process and strategic direction of the marketing department
• Partner with the Business Intelligence Group and technical partners to gather data requirements for upcoming gaming digital products

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
• 2+ years of relevant hands on experience, preferably in gaming, banking, consulting or retail
• Good knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel (including macros, pivot tables, vlookups, charts and graphs); experience with Tableau, Microstrategy, SQL and SAS would be a plus
• Proven ability to source and sift through data, identify critical information, and make recommendations to the team and broader audience required
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and to meet changing deadlines and priorities on multiple simultaneous projects
• Team player and self-starter with the ability to liaise with multiple teams and stakeholders, including IT
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a quantitative field
• Passion for sports and video games
