Renewals Manager

Our fast-growing team is seeking a Renewals Manager to join us as we pioneer relationship intelligence. This person will be responsible for generating and winning account growth opportunities, work with clients on contract questions and renewals, and save clients who are at-risk.


Core Responsibilities:

As to be expected in a company moving as fast as we are, the scope of this position will evolve continuously. Comfort with ambiguity is required. Below is a partial representation of what may be included in the Renewal Manager’s typical week:

Work with clients to discover how our CRM can add value to their business processes and identify potential growth opportunities
Develop and execute win-win negotiation strategies for account renewals
Respond in a timely and helpful manner to the many inbound requests; accurately and efficiently process renewals or contract adjustments
Give strategic demonstrations and product overviews related to growth opportunities or at-risk clients looking at competitors
Collaborate across sales and customer success to maximize client experience and account growth

Required Qualifications:

Excellent customer management skills; including sales, account management customer service
Strong ability to negotiate, discuss value and understand client needs
Excellent executive presence and communication skills
Proactive approach with strong attention to detail and organization
Experience in technology, preferably in the CRM or SaaS space
Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar customer facing role
BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience required
Team player with a track record of building positive relationships with peers and others within a company

Beneficial Experiences:

Knowledge of CRM providers, including salesforce.com a big plus
Experience in working with the end-user in the SMB space
