Relationship Marketing Associate

As our newest Relationship Marketing Associate, you’ll take part in shaping the Fan Rewards program and help millions of fans get to the events they love! Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and coordinate Fan Rewards promotions across Marketing channels including email newsletters, site banners, display ads, paid search and social media
• Manage selection of members for additional Rewards benefits
• Coordinate execution of seat upgrades and loyalty events with cross-functional teams
• Identify ways to streamline and scale Rewards benefit processes
• Analyze Rewards performance data, track key metrics, and compile results
• Manage FanCode requests from various cross-functional teams


Required Skills:
• BA/BS degree required
• 3-5 years marketing or event planning experience; loyalty experience is highly desired
• Must be a team player to work with cross-functional teams and be able to manage multiple tasks
• Must have excellent communication skills and be comfortable delivering department-level presentations
• Experience working with large customer data sets
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Basic understanding of data-model relationships and query tools
• Experience with Business Objects (or other business intelligence software) and Omniture SiteCatalyst is a plus
• Strong interest in the sports/music landscape is a preferred
