Regulatory Compliance Training Consultant

Our client's Regulatory Compliance Department is seeking a Training Specialist providing support work for the Operational Compliance department.

**MUST HAVE A STRONG UNDERSTANDING OF LEARNING MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS**

Job Responsibilities: 
1. Support the scheduling of quarterly QAP meetings 
2. Address questions and troubleshoot issues with RegU Learning Management System 
3. Support monthly reporting process 
4. Support needs analysis, design and development of regulatory training 
5. Conduct initial information intake for regulatory training requests 
6. Serve as back-up for escalated customer complaint line (not primary) 

Three Major Areas of Focus: 
1. Support the design and development of regulatory training to ensure learners are adequately trained on laws and regulations that apply to their roles 
2. Support the maintenance of the Regulatory University LMS to ensure accurate regulatory training assignment and reporting 
3. Support the Compliance Department as needed, including occasionally providing back up for the escalated customer complaint line 

Qualifications 
-5 years of experience in design, development and implementation of medium to large training initiatives 
-Must have strong organizational skills, verbal and written communication skills 
-Ability to manage multiple priorities 

Technical Skills Required 
-Proficient in Microsoft Powerpoint, Word, Excel 
-Working knowledge of Articulate Storyline or Adobe Captivate, or any web-based training authoring tool is a plus 
-Knowledge of audio recording and editing is a plus
