Regional Marketing Programme Manager for LATAM

My client is one of the 5 biggest technology companies in the world, and they are looking for someone with full cycle experience from the start-up world. They are looking for a Marketing professional with experience with apps and experience of Brasilian market.

The right person will have 'grit'. Someone who knows all the stages from concept to execution of a tech start-up. A person who has knowledge of ALL the aspects of the company, from coding languages, to launch and acquiring customers, to dealing with venture capitalists and different stakeholders. You should have experienced it all.

Not only do you know what to expect in a start-up environment, you should be able to relate to developers and get the best out of them, as well as helping them to perform their best. It is very much a hands on role and environment! If you work in Brasil or managing the business in Brasil you need to speak to us.

The role will also involve attending industry events and managing accounts (existing clients).

Hard Skills Required for the Role

Fluent in Spanish, Portuguese also strongly preferred
Excellent written and communication skills. Ability to distill complex product details and benefits into clear and compelling marketing content aimed at our global developer audience.
Track record of strong partnership with executive level leadership.
An understanding of the developer ecosystem and social Platform products—key trends shaping the industry, key players, new trends, and a knowledge of where opportunities exist for innovation
Strong project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and evolving priorities
Proficient in Microsoft Office products, Keynote

Soft Skills Required for the Role

Strong developer/tech orientation, with a passion for the intersection of technology and marketing amongst the app developer ecosystem
A relationship builder, who can navigate and influence cross-functional peers and more senior management
An excellent communicator, who can translate complexity into simple and concise communications
Team oriented—someone that is motivated by helping others as much as they are motivated about excelling in their individual role
Highly autonomous—ability to drive progress with little to no direct involvement from leadership
