Regional Marketing Mgr.

Under general supervision, designs, develops, researches, communicates and/or implements the organization's marketing programs and/or pricing strategies. Participates in the recommendation and implementation of strategies to achieve marketing goals for assigned products and services for one or more areas, product lines, or market segments. Performs market research projects. Works closely with sales and technical teams.

Typically requires a Bachelor's degree and four plus years of experience. Requires knowledge and experience in own discipline; still acquiring higher-level
knowledge and skills. Builds knowledge of the organization, processes and customers. Solves a range of straightforward problems; analyzes possible solutions using standard procedures. Receives a moderate level of guidance and direction.

Responsibilities

*Supports the Regional Marketing Manager with the implementation and execution of marketing programs and campaigns
*Supports the tracking of local market campaign activities, communication of results and analysis of overall marketing effectiveness
*Serves as a liaison between national marketing and regional management to facilitate marketing campaigns and overall execution of marketing activities
*Supports integrated planning process by managing local market competitive intelligence and market
share/growth data.
*Serves as a local budget liaison and works with the Marketing Financial Analyst/Coordinator to facilitate budget tracking and overall marketing expenditures
*Manages and supports local customer and vendor relationships tied to marketing campaigns and programs
