Regional Field Marketing Specialist

Marketing support for marketing programs and campaigns for the Commercial Segment (customer base.

We are looking for an intelligent, detail oriented, savvy, multi-tasker and a proactive self-starter (Good at getting things done!) who is results oriented. This role relies on the ability to drive alignment both internally with the Sales team and externally with our customer strategy and must be customer centric. This is a role for a skilled communicator able to operate at all levels across organizations. A deep understanding of the sales environment coupled with marketing specialization is critical to successful performance. Experience in project management, B2B sales environments, as well as being comfortable rolling their sleeves up and dealing with day to day as well as more strategic initiatives.

Role includes:
Cross Segment demand generation efforts:
• Marketing Plan Execution owner in local regions
• Driving & supporting local demand generation and strategy
• Scorecard and business area alignments
• Sales Closed Loop -local manager, driver and roll-up reporting

Consistency in Field Marketing ‘Execution Excellence’
• Excellence in execution and best practices.
• Standard execution & processes
• Regional based business reporting Rhythm of the Business (ROB) reviews

A Trusted Local Marketing advisor in Region
• SME of the regional local market and customer insights
• Trusted local marketing / consultant to Field Sales teams
• Build out specialized local investments and program needs specific to the regions market

Field & Customer Insights Aggregator
• Ears and eyes of customer needs and insights through field feedback
• Local business requirements feedback funnel to EMT to influence business decisions and planning strategies

This role will work closely with the Sales Teams, and the for program collaboration.

Further Qualification Requirements:
• Strong communications skills as well as project management abilities are a requirement for this role.
• Marketing experience greater than 5-7+ years
• B2B Event experience 5+years
• Interpersonal & Relationship Building skills is a key requirement as a liaison to field sellers and stakeholders
• Influence & Impact skills to obtain buy-ins for business decision making and support
