Regional Field Marketing Manager

Are you a detail oriented, savvy, proactive self-starter (Good at getting things done!) who thrives on driving impact?

Your success will be defined by your ability to build and deliver a regional marketing plan, leading with a customer centric approach that addresses the needs and concerns of our customer, in alignment with the business objectives of internal stakeholders.

This role is best suited for a skilled communicator with the ability to operate at all levels across the organization. A deep understanding of the sales environment coupled with marketing specialization is critical to successful performance.

Experience in project management, B2B sales environments, as well as strong multi-tasking capabilities make you an ideal fit. You are comfortable rolling up your sleeves and drilling into the details to deliver optimal results.

In addition to the above, you will provide marketing support for national programs and campaigns including, but not limited to:

Generating demand
• Regional marketing plan execution
• Drive and support demand generation strategy leveraging local customer insights
• Scorecard and business area alignment inclusive of achieving targeted KPI’s
• Closed loop – identifying opportunities and ensuring diligent field follow up

Execution Excellence
• Excellence in execution with the proven capability to leverage the work of others in addition to creating and sharing best practices.
• Thorough understanding of internal execution & processes
• Provide regionally based Rhythm of the Business (ROB) reviews to internal stakeholders

Trusted Advisor (local markets)
• SME on the regional market(s) conditions, customer buying patterns and initiatives that resonate with the targeted audience
• Trusted local marketing / consultant (influencer) to field sales teams and national marketing teams by channeling insights/local considerations of the field sellers
• Build and deliver on local investments and program needs to meet the demands of the region

This role will work closely with the sales teams and directly with our national marketing team in addition to other business groups on program collaboration.

Further qualification requirements:
• Strong communications skills as well as project management abilities are a requirement for this role.
• Marketing experience 2-3 years including B2B, working with multiple stakeholders
• Experience working with sales teams is required
• B2B Event experience would be asset
• Interpersonal & Relationship Building skills is a key requirement as a liaison to field sellers and stakeholders
• Proven ability to drive influence & Impact with local teams
